When we opened our doors in 1993, our mission was to serve builders and homeowners throughout the state of Virginia, from Richmond to Hanover to Henrico, Goochland, Powhatan, and beyond. Since the beginning we’ve specialized in new construction and home renovations using semi-custom cabinetry from American-made manufacturers. With collections from Marsh Cabinets and Wellborn Cabinets, our showroom offers over 100 years of beautifully crafted expertise.
In 2025, we changed our name from Old Dominion Cabinets to Old Dominion Kitchen & Bath to better reflect the evolution of our company toward a more holistic approach to design. No matter what the change or the trends, we’re committed to staying true to our roots: a company dedicated to creating beautiful spaces defined by service and quality.
We are “locally made,” and so are the Marsh cabinets we offer from our parent company, Marsh Furniture Company. One of the first furniture manufacturers in High Point, NC, Marsh brought efficient storage solutions to the region east of the Mississippi in the early 20th century. In all that time, they (and we) are still a private, family-owned, continuously operating local business that prioritizes relationships, integrity, and solidly made cabinetry, whatever the budget.
We’re known in the industry for being customer-focused, flexible, and innovative—to manage anything from multi-home developments to simple remodels. Our connection to the cabinet manufacturer, robust services, and long-standing relationships with leading vendors give us the flexibility and clout to partner with builders and contractors on large-scale developments.
